We care about great coffee.  Our coffee is hand-picked and sent to be processed within hours, not days, of picking.  Since coffee cherries begin decomposing as soon as they are picked, time is of the essence in ensuring that the precious beans inside the cherries do not rot and that the unique flavor and aroma characteristics of the beans are maintained.
