We source our coffees direct from farms.  This way, we know what we are buying firsthand and we can guarantee the origin of every extra-gourmet quality coffee.

One of the many factors affecting coffee is that Arabica is best grown between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn - coffee grown outside these 'boundaries' is mostly Robusta.
